What we collect

• Technical logs needed to run the app

Where it lives

Member memory and Talk history stay on the house server. They are not stored with the language model provider.

What goes to a frontier language model

A frontier language model receives house rules plus the current question only. It does not receive your name, email, member id, IP address, Talk history, journal, or a Path pack as identity. The model provider can change. The same limit applies whoever it is.

Voice

If Speak replies is on, the text of that reply is sent to a speech provider to make audio. Voice is off unless you turn it on.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery, a frontier language model for the current question, and a speech provider for spoken replies when Speak is on. They process on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell personal data.

How long

We keep this while the account is open. When the account is deleted, or when the law allows an earlier delete, we delete or anonymise it.

Rights

Where the law gives it, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object, and to receive a portable copy. Delete my account is the main path. Write to namaste@xplorable.life.
